I love getting more for less and thus I have discovered some foods that are delicious as well as good for your looks.

  • Strawberries: Catherine Zeta Jones swears that eating strawberries and apples after a meal helps your teeth  look better, healthier and whiter

  • Beer: along with honey, can be used as a conditioner for your hair to restore shine and health

  • Tomatoes: are packed with lycopene which can prevent you from getting a sunburn which will reduce the signs of aging. Lycopene can also reduce your risk for certain cancers as well as heart disease.

  • Shellfish: contain protein which is vital for healthy hair. They also contain B vitamin which makes your hair look shinier and silkier

  • Salmon: is an excellent source of Omega 3s which reduce puffiness, wrinkles and inflammation

  • Lemon: along with water, when used as a toner on your face can make your skin appear and feel smoother as well as eliminate dark spots
